Consultations

Our consultations run ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. During this session, our registered migration agents will take the time to understand your migration objectives, evaluate your eligibility, and outline the most suitable pathway to achieve your goals. We will also discuss strategies to strengthen your application and guide you through the next steps.

Respect and Conduct

Highseas Migration and Education Consultants maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence, or discrimination of any kind. Should any such behaviour occur, our agents reserve the right to immediately end the consultation, with no refund provided.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your appointment confirmation email or contact us directly at info@highseasmigration.com

Failure to attend your consultation, or cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice of the scheduled time, may incur a $50 fee at Highseas Migration and Education Consultant’s discretion.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may require Highseas Migration and Education Consultants to reschedule or cancel a consultation. If this occurs, we will make every effort to offer you the earliest possible alternative with one of our migration agents.
